  • Email Families using template

Early Spring:

  • Email families from template 
  • Send families a Digital Flyer
  • Start announcements
  • Put TorchPrep flyer in cycling tv announcements

Late Spring:

  • Continue announcements
  • Post flyer on social media
  • Email Families

Just before course:

  • Send “last chance” email
  • Start “last chance” announcement.
