Boot Camp Trainer Requirements
LOCATION:
Northern Cincinnati
Northern Kentucky
Cincinnati

SCHEDULE:
Part-time
Seasonal spikes immediately preceding national and state ACT® Tests
Must be available at least 2 week nights 5:00 – 9:30 pm and Saturday mornings 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
PAY:
Proctors: $15/Hour
Trainers: $35-50/Hour
PROCTOR REQUIREMENTS:
High Attention to Detail
Dependability
The ability to show up on time (15 minutes early is on time)
Comfortable reading a script in front of large groups of students
TRAINER REQUIREMENTS:
GREAT public speaker
Sense of Humor
Tech Savvy (Google Forms, Gmail, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)
Excel in high school math (or willing to work on it)
Energetic
Comfortable and experienced in leading large groups of high school students
High standardized test scores (or willing to work on it)
Who we DO want:
Those who are excited about impacting high school students’ lives and challenging them to take a creative approach to their collegiate pursuits
Who we DON’T want:
Those who are better at the ACT® than interacting with people
People with ZERO experience working with high school kids
